What Grad Država is
Grad Država (graddrzava.com) is a free online version of the classic "city, country, river" word game, played across several phones at once. It's built and run by Antonio Bubnić as a private individual, in their spare time — not as a registered company. By using the site, you accept these terms.
Price and refunds
The game is entirely free. There are no purchases, subscriptions, virtual currency, or in-app payments of any kind, so a refund policy does not apply — there's nothing to refund because nothing is ever charged.
Using the game
- The game is not intended for anyone below the age at which your country's data protection rules require parental consent.
- Don't abuse rooms, automate message-sending, or attempt unauthorized access to other players' data or the database.
- Content you submit (name, answers, suggestions) must not be abusive, unlawful, or infringe on others' rights.
- We reserve the right to remove a room or content that violates these terms, without prior notice.
Google sign-in
Signing in is entirely optional and exists only so your player name doesn't need to be typed every time. Playing, creating rooms, and scoring all work the same without it. See the privacy policy for what sign-in collects.
Suggestions and content you send
By sending a suggestion from Settings, you agree that the suggestion text, your current player name, and the time sent are stored to help improve the game. Suggestions are never published publicly.
Disclaimer of warranties
The game is provided "as is", without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability, scoring accuracy in every possible situation, or freedom from bugs. As a free hobby project with no service-level agreement, the owner is not liable for any downtime, loss of match data, or damages arising from use of the game, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual property
The name, visual identity, and content of the Grad Država site belong to the owner. The game's source code is open source under the MIT license — see the GitHub repository for the exact terms covering the code itself.
Termination and changes
The owner may discontinue the game or change these terms at any time; changes take effect once published on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Croatian law. Questions about personal data processing are governed by the GDPR, and you have the right to contact Croatia's data protection authority (AZOP) or your own country's equivalent.
